I am trying to let them go peacefully - my head knowledge knows it is a good thing, and that we will all be better for it in the long run but my heart wants to smack them or something for the audacity to deliberately target our parents and staff as their startup instead of really 'starting' themselves. It just seems unethical... and it still irks me. I'm not past that emotional response, YET I know we do not "own" any of those parents or children or staff, and we need to trust that God will work it all out, however it needs to be.
