Just in time

Looks like the baby shower we had here was just in the nick of time - My friend wasn't due til the 21st, but we got the phone call today that she had her little girl, Carolyn, at 4 am this morning! We went to the hospital to see her, such a beautiful little girl with lots of babyfine hair. She was a "surprise" baby, but you know, many of the best people I've ever met were all "surprises" to their parents, special deliveries from God.

Little hands and feet soooo teeny! You forget how little they really are when they are so new.

Awww!!! I love those tiny baby hands and feet. They are so small and it is almost impossible such a little wonder will grow so fast. Congratulations with your friend her babygirl, Prim.

wheeee! tiny fingers and toes are so adorable. i like it when i see pics of a baby tightly holding daddy's or mommy's thumb.
