With all that activity going on around here, I found is one to not only be simple, but to be good at bringing up pleasant thoughts - gacked from....well, lots of folks...


Name 5 of life's simple pleasures that you like most.
Try to be original, and creative, and not to use things that someone else has already used.


1. Finding an especially wonderfully scented candle, and lighting it in the morning.

2. Sniffing all the coffee and tea in the coffee-and-tea section of the store.

3. Hearing the sleepy little noises my parakeets make at night after they are covered.

4. Trimming flowers and herbs in the yard after a warm rain has washed the earth.

5. Taking out hairclips after wearing them all day and feeling my hair shake free.

Two of my special simple pleasures are the first cup of coffee in the morning (always seems to taste the best, especially when hubby brings it to me in bed), and a cool breeze lifting my hair. ;-)

Just so you know, I sent you an ecard for your birthday, let me know if you don't get it; it's been my experience that on days of high use, that particular ecard site fails to deliver. I'll resend it if you don't get it!
