Sunny days
Jun. 9th, 2005 09:32 am((((flist)))) Regretfully feel like I've barely had time to scan your posts, much less reply.
Sunshine! We have some - which is big news here, it's been unusually grey even for Oregon this May and early June. Bright and warm and sweet. Mmm. I'm going to go out into it and pull weeds and trim lilac bushes.
Haven't had as much time for online play as I would like - we're getting ready to list our 'old' house this coming Monday so I've got to doll it up for pictures, fluffing the barkdust and adding color-spots to the flowerbeds. I took a lot of my favorite plants with me to my new house, so there's noticeable blank spots. Noticed my blueberry bushes *finally* have a bumper crop of berries coming in...and I won't get to eat them! Hope the new folks that buy it like blueberries.
Here's hoping and praying for good buyers, folks who will have kids for the swing-set and be nice neighbors to the gentle people in that cul-de-sac...folks who won't chop down our trees.... folks with lots of money, lol...
Designing a business website for my dad's BBQ and hotsauce store in Hawaii, which is good experience in such things. We only have two sponsors for One Small Garden so far, him and Sean Astin, LOL... strange combination. Hopefully we'll soon have more. :-)
