Mint is my downfall.
Especially chocolate with mint.
Especially dark chocolate with mint!

My mom says she craved peppermint patties the whole time she carried me. I don't think I've ever stopped. The grasshopper pie that we ended up with to support the kids bake sale is calling to me from the fridge.
Help!

How minty are you?

My mother lived on bologna sandwiches made on Pepperidge Farm bread during her entire pregnancy with me...it's still my favorite sandwich of all time. =D

Try chocolate-covered mint oreos.....sublime, baby.

The only mint I don't care for is mint tea, and I'm not sure why. I'm a mint person from early days, trained by my granny who had starbrite mints in a dish on the table, and by my dad, who had the same, plus a stash of peppermint patties. Andes candies are made in Wisconsin, did you know that? Mmmmmmm....

Must go get a peppermint now -- leftover candy canes will have to do until I can buy me some York mint patties! And maybe some chocolate mint coffee to wash it all down...

I love peppermint but can't stand spearmint. Don't know why. I don't really dig the Thin mints...but I like Andes mints. Odd, right? So I guess my spearmint thing doesn't work too well...but I don't like spearmint flavoured gum...makes me gag. Hmmmm....sorry 'bout the rambling...no one is getting a cohesive conversation tonight.

I'll have to disagree with Lin and say that peppermint tea accounts for many of my favorite beverage moments. And I never have seen the appeal of Oreos, so I won't be depleting the supply - Candi, you're on your own. But like Gondoriangirl: Spearmint...ick!!!

Goodberry's Mint Chocolate Chip Custard makes my eyes roll back in my head. Bryers mint chocolate chip ice cream is a very satisfying alternative.

I like Andes candies mints.

Other than that? Not really a big fan of mint. More of a chocoholic!

I'm that way with wintergreen - blech! Spearmint is "ahh, whatever" in mintiness - it will do if there's nothing else but not a favorite... but peppermint... When I die, plant my grave with it! And a cacao tree.

Oh me oh my - mint chip icecream... I'd happily keep it in my freezer as a stock ingredient for every meal if I could rationalize such a thing.

Peppermint patties - nobody beats York, they continue to set my "peppermint patty standard." I didn't know where Andes were made - hm, I wonder if they do factory tours?

I keep peppermint tea on hand all the time, though I have yet to find a 'mint blend' tea that I like (mint medley - yuck!) I still love pure peppermint with a touch of sugar.

I've gazed upon those little tempting disks in the store more that once and so far resisted... I already know I'm a sucker for Grasshopper cookies, and fear yet another fattening addiction!

I once had a friend who hated both mint and chocolate, can you believe it? I was stunned. It was like saying you didn't like air and water! She did, however, consume salsas that would have had me crying out for a fire extinguisher, so maybe she'd fried all her 'good' tastebuds, lol. :-)

Mmmmmmmm, chocolate and mint together are the zenith of pleasure. Ghirardelli chocolate mint wafers, mint chocolate chip ice cream, mint cafe mocha coffee, Junior Mints, York Peppermint Patties, Mystic Mint cookies...

But my favorite Altoids flavor is Liquuorice
