Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone, Irish or not!

We love it here, lots of green clothing, green hot cereal in the morning, green noodles at night... heh...

I teach my kids about the tradition of Patrick and his lesson of the trinity using the common shamrock as an example of a brave missionary - my shamrock in my kitchen window bloomed just on time.

Ah I love when nature seems to have good timing like that! I love that you teach your kids about Patrick's lesson; I hope to pass on that lesson to sons/daughters/nephews/nieces one day, too, so they know the patron saint's work celebrated by honoring him on this day. I like to pass on knowledge of why we carry on such traditions. :-)
