Weedin' in the rain, jus' weedin' in the rain....

Well, I'm cooking a huge pan of mushroom omelettes and then we're off to the annual Spring Clean-up for One Small Garden - the Elanor Garden in Beaverton is getting overrun with weeds, eaten by bugs and in need of a little concentrated TLC. My wagon is brim-full with garden tools, the canopy, wheelbarrow, etc. etc. and we're doing a potluck on the deck in-between whacking and digging, and the wonderful fellow who rents part of the building is baking us a huge tray of hot pasta - yum...

Looks like we're getting a wet one, though. The sun is barely rising here and I can see what I could already hear...lots of liquid sunshine. *resigns self to being muddy*

If you're around, do come along! My house is full of folks from the Seattle area too - all are welcome.
