Yes, I know this feeling, very well. Your blocks are like my Ruling List of Doom... no veil between us and the list of things which must yet be done...
I trust this time will pass as it did for me -- not that it ever really passes, but you get times where there are no blocks and the list is quite short and manageable. One day you will lay down and realize that there is little to sort out in your mind, instead of sleeping, or you will wake up and discover you have ahead of you one of those days where it is YOUR day, and not someone else's. I'm praying such a day comes this week -- and if it doesn't come naturally, maybe you will have to make such a day for yourself, before you are so buried in blocks that you can't get out from under them except by drastic measures or by getting sick. A break from the blocks (or the list) -- no matter how big or how long -- really does help in getting your strength back. Sometimes the mental weariness is the worst, where you just can't figure out where to put the next block. That's when you have to take a break, even if you think there is no time to do so.
