I'm finding lately that I'm craving certain types of cold-weather comfort foods myself - tomato soup and tea in particular (something else too, but can't remember it). Last week when we visited our friend who lost her husband, she made us a yummy casserole of sweet potatoes, apples, and sausage...very yummy indeed!

That's a prime combination, especially with the sweet potatoes. Time for those cold evenings with warm ovens that you can hold your chilled fingers over, candles and fuzzy blankets wrapped 'round the shoulders.
