Images meme...light and fluffy

Okay, I give up on even beginning to wrap words around my various thoughts and feelings for the deep stuff that's been washing past recently. I tried - I really did, but I just can't get myself to jump down that well right now. I'm feeling relatively cheery and think I'll just stay there and bob along the surface for a bit, at least until some big fish pulls me under again. :-)
On that note, I decided to pursue the entirely fluffy Google images meme that I gacked from Stef, who got it from Loth who got it from...someplace out there in LJ-land.
A Google Images meme...
1. First car
Close enough... Mine had been rolled, so it was both a bargain and easy to spot in a parking lot. It was the one with a corrugated roof that looked like a bunch of gorillas had been jumping up and down on it.
2. Place you grew up
I grew up in too many places! I decided to choose an interesting one and picked Lahaina, Maui. This is the Banyan Tree, a single tree that makes an entire city park by itself. I have many fond memories of playing here back before Lahaina became a tourist trap.
3. Place you live now
Aloha, my town, only brought up boring maps - but I did find this shot from one of the vineyards on Cooper Mtn, very near my home. It'll do - sorry it's so huge...
4. Your name
Too funny...
5. Grandmother's name
6. Favorite food
Hee...my mother said she even craved chocolate mint while carrying me...
7. Favorite drink
Right now, I'm into Vanilla Red - yum.
8. Favorite song
9. Favorite smell
10. Favorite shoes ever
Trotters - love 'em...
Unless I can go barefoot, of course. :-)

Date: 2005-01-31 01:21 am (UTC)Like at work....I had two charts in a row that I was looking at, the first one, the name was Miracle and the second one the name was Heaven. (first names mind you) I just found that amusing. There's a name that I see every so often at work that is Elijah Jackson and I just find that amusing too (no need to ask why)
