Interesting MeMe! If you have the chain restaurant Maggiano's anywhere near you, go forth and order their fried zuchini and their fried cheese marinara. It's the best I have ever had anywhere! Who makes Vanilla Red Tea? It sounds really good.

So you have been to the fair state of North Carolina, have you? I hope you enjoyed Rocky Mount.

Celestial Seasonings makes a very smooth vanilla red, and it's lovely... I was in Rocky Mount very long ago, when I was in grade school, so I don't know what it is like now but I loved all the magnolia trees, firefly-catching and warm summer rains. I don't miss the humidity (gack!) at all though... It was nice being within driving distance of all the historic sites on the East Coast then, and I do hope I can take my own kids to see the colonial museums and Smithsonian someday.
