A little more - these are for our dear aragornlover:




I couldn't decide between these two, so I put them both in the picture. I also like my "Primula" mug from the UK, but it was in the dishwasher, lol...






This one is at the very bottom of the stairs, with a door on either side of it - It's three original sketches by Colleen Doran, Glorfindel and two small ones (a mallorn leaf and an elanor flower) that were done as chapter dividers in a book. I see them every time I go down the stairs and never tire of them.

The other "interesting" wall is found in my library, - this is the stenciling I did all the way around the room -

It's peach and lavender with copper and teal - though it doesn't show up well in the photo...






I don't know if this qualifies as a 'knick-knack' but I really do enjoy it - it's a large, funky lamp made from driftwood with burl slices for shelves that I found in a used-furniture shop while looking for something else. :-)

I'm glad you like them! I like functional art the best, and wood is always such a lovely medium to work with. I've toyed with taking woodworking classes more than once, but never did.
