It's a lovely and amusing thing, getting to share fandoms in a family. She was determined to make me a plushie and while I protested that I didn't need any such thing, I'm *really* enjoying him! :-D I don't follow them on all of their fandoms (too many, too quickly changing), but they've been right there with me on my own loyal few. I'm glad you had that with your mom too.
