I'm seasoning a new cast-iron dutch oven this morning, which unfortunately involves rubbing the thing down with shortening and baking it in the oven like...forever... My kitchen being thus filled with shortening-smoke, I'm wasting a snatch of time on a meme. It's What We Do in these Modern Times, y'know.
