boriel - I'll have to get the blooming yard pictures later in the season, when it blooms, I think - but, oh my what a lot of blooms it will have. :-)

The best I can offer for now will have to be this morning's snapshot from the front porch - but the bluebells are coming up so thick they look like grass, and everything is starting to take off already.

The view from my bedroom window...

And the view from partway up the small mountain we are at the base of - the clump of tall firs in the midst of all the new development has my house in the middle of it.

My favorite floor - This is the entry I had picked out to replace the warped brown linoleum. I love the inlay with all the leaves... It's fake wood, sort of like the industrial stuff they put in stores.

A detail of one of the corners. :-)
And for
kimbys_place...

This is moi, reading one of my very favorites "The Sacred Diary of Adrian Plass" in the library. :-)
and

My kitchen window, over the sink. I don't have much of a view from it, as the garage is on that side, but on the other hand, it blocks my view of the development in that direction so I guess I don't mind. I look out the other windows more often.
I haven't been able to pin everyone down for a family shot at this point... will try again.
